“I have always enjoyed creating artwork and look forward to developing my technique and style. Some of the artists whom have inspired me are Jean-Michel Basquiat, John Chamberlain, Marcel Duchamp, George Segal, Robert Gober, Tadeusz Kantor, Henri Matisse, Claes Oldenburg, Andy Warhol, and Bill Woodrow. I work with the intricate detail, and perfection of design mixed with the three-dimensional mass of found materials. The contradiction makes an interesting result. I use the objects as I would with lettering, cropping and composition in Graphic Design. The found materials almost place themselves.”
